I was editing an old WP site and was changing the url to the new site when I got logged out. Now my old site comes redirects to a 404 because it logged me out and committed the changes.
Can’t log in and when I try it says that the user doesn’t exist. Then it goes to a 404.

I need to change some of the configurations to change the site url but I don’t have ftp access, I think due to the wrong address. Does anyone have any way to fix this?

That article lists a bunch of different ways to change the site URL back to what it should be. You only need one of them to work.
