As for whether WP Mail SMTP and Easy WP SMTP use the same script? We share some mailers and features, but each plugin has its own code base.

I’m only a pro user at wpmailsmtp.com – But they can’t fix my problem.

So I want to try easywpsmtp (ATM Im a lite user) But before I order the [PRO] version from easywpsmtp! I want to know if the code (Pro addons) is the same as wpmailsmtp.com

Thank you for getting back to us. I was able to find your WP Mail SMTP and Easy WP SMTP support tickets. Let’s continue there instead since the conversations there can be private.

In case anyone else is curious about this issue, the issue, in particular, appears to either be mailer or server specific as we haven’t had recent or widespread reports about Open and Click Email Tracking not working correctly.
