Hey new to the world of WordPress and plug-ins so forgive any naïveté or dumb questions…
I’ve got my own business and I’ve built a WordPress website for it, I have got WP Rocket installed which works amazing for the page speed etc however when I select “Delay JavaScript execution” on it makes me click 2-3 times on anything clickable on my website before it actually applies the action. Now I know what you’re going to say “turn it off if it’s causing you problems” yes I know this is the easy answer however when I turn it off my page speed goes back into the orange where as I need it in the green (90+ on lighthouse). So I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue and how they have overcome the problem?
I’ve also had lots of trouble trying to rank high on google within my niche I’m averaging around number 40 on the list which just isn’t good enough (I was on 70-80 with my Wix website so I can’t really complain) but you know how it goes you always want more…
Any extra suggestions I’m open to anything cheers 👍🏼
