Updated our sites to 7.7.1, and it resized all of the Content Views Pro items from rectangles to squares. Anyone else dealing with this or know where to get an older version to roll back to? Takes a bit to get approval to renew licenses so I’m stuck without support until then.

Not sure about that, but I have noticed on one site some of my blocks with FontAwesome icons aren’t loading..
I believe you could look for an older version on the official WPBakery site (when you renew your license) or some trusted repository, if there is any (I didn’t find it after short searching). If you can’t access support right away, maybe to use a staging site to test changes safely? Also, maybe you could also try contacting their support for help even without renewing the license immediately? Anyway, good luck.
