I am using WordPress: wpforms pro with barba.js transitions framework

I am trying to custom init wpforms after page transition.
On “Once” state – when i refresh page plugin send emails normally, problem is only with transition.
I used similar code and init scripts according to this link.

Have a look for image attachment. Even it loaded many Wpforms scripts that it detect which should be loaded, there is error for “wpforms_settings is not defined”. Is there any way to init it as well? i review plugin code but i’m not sure what to do.(i am able to add code with js and php to wp).
* Tested on no cache plugins at all *
Also I diagnosed couple of scenarios:
1. Once – page refresh it works
2. Load straight contact page -> other page -> back to contact – no wpforms_settings error because it loaded at first place but still could send email
3. Other page -> contact – wpforms_settings error from screen
