WPMailSMTP Google Clout Platform integration email not going to client

I know this probably be an easy fix, but i'm probably being an idiot…

So i'm trying to have a form on my client's website send emails of the response to their email, however, all my tests seem to come back to my email. I've set up the google cloud console, so it must be in there. Where do I enter the clients in the google cloud console where emails need to go to?

I've put the clients email on the 'WP Mail SMTP' but that doesn't seem to change much.

Any help would be appreciated!
