Actully this issue is related to your mini cart. If you check the WooCommerce built in mini-cart on our demo website it is working fine.
If you are using the Divi theme, this issue is related to the Divi theme mini-cart. Check the code here.
You can replace the attached file with a file at the below path.
\wp-content\themes\Divi\includes\builder\module\woocommerce\CartProducts.php
Please contact the Divi theme developer and let them know about this issue.
The below line is added for a quick fix.
// A quick fix for the cart.
WC()->cart->calculate_totals();
If you are using other mini-cart, you should contact its developers regarding this issue.
