Hello,
I have set up shipping rates for US customers; the rates are based on rules based on cart total. One for cart total between £1 and £50, and another for cart total between £50 and £1000.
As a test, I go to checkout with £10 in my cart, but both shipping methods are showing as available.
If I disable the 1-50 shipping method, the 50-1000 shipping method is still showing, even though it doesn’t match the £10 cart total.
Is the plugin not registering the cart total?
