Any modern, fast, clean theme which I buy once and use, possibly below 100 EUR (Lifetime) for blogs? I do not want to tinker around much, just start blogging as soon as possible, so something that works out of the box, have okay functionalities, without being too bloated?

I rephrased my last one, I hope it is okay, but I forget to mention, in that, the fact that I need something that I buy once or lifetime, not a sub based something, as I have no revenue out of this for now.
What kind of “okay functionalities” are you looking for? If you are just blog on your site then probably any theme from the wp repo should be enough, give the default twenty-twentyfour a spin

We usually have a WordPress base we use to start working on any client sites. We use Elementor and Hello Theme. But you can create your own starter website you can then easily create other blogs from.
If you don’t need any constructor you can use WordPress Twenty TwentyFour. Or other free theme you like so you don’t have to buy a license.
There are freemium themes like WPAstra that you can use free or if you require you can buy a lifetime license to use it on all the sites you’ll like.
