Anyone know how I can make this look nicer, I have only managed to change typography so far but unable to change backgrounds etc.

Ideally, I would like to remove the lines in between the text and just make it look more clean, would likely also want to change the background colour. I’m using the Astra theme (not pro version) if that helps.
