I hope this message finds you well. I’m reaching out because I’m encountering an issue with the email notifications on my WooCommerce B2B store, and I’m seeking assistance to resolve it.

Here’s a breakdown of the problem:

When a new user registers on my store, they should receive an email notification stating “Your account was created successfully, and a password has been sent to your email address.” However, despite configuring the necessary settings in WooCommerce, this email is not being sent out to users upon registration.
Additionally, after registration, users should receive a notification informing them that their account is under review. This email should assure them that they will receive another email once their account is activated. Unfortunately, users are not receiving this notification either.
To provide some context, here are the settings I have configured in WooCommerce:

“Moderate registration from user group” is enabled.
“Allow customers to create an account on the ‘My account’ page” is enabled.
“New account” is enabled in WooCommerce email settings.
Despite these settings being in place, the email notifications are not being sent as expected.

I have not installed any additional plugins for handling email notifications, as I prefer to find a solution within the existing WooCommerce framework if possible.

Could you please offer guidance on how to troubleshoot and resolve this issue? I’m keen to ensure that users receive the appropriate email notifications at each stage of the registration process without resorting to purchasing additional plugins.
