Background Color Not Showing Up With Astra Theme

Hey all – dumb question maybe. The background colors are not showing up behind my text here. In the WYSIWYG editor it shows up as a blue background, on the live page it is not there.

Any ideas for fixes I can try? As a graphic designer it is super unprofessional looking and I haven't found a fix yet.

Here us a link to a page with an example. I am using the Astra Theme w/ Elementor Pro. I know that it just updated (elementor that is) so I am wondering if that broke it.
