Hello
I just need some help or direction please. How can I highlight/ show on the main menu that I am currently viewing a webpage that is a main menu page. For example if I am on the contact Us page and the contact us page is a page that is tide to the main menu, if I am on that page, how can I have the website highlight the word ‘Contact Us’ on the main menu so someone knows that is the current page they are viewing. Hope this makes sense. I just have no idea how to display that.
Thank you for any help given.

To highlight the current page in the WordPress navigation menu, you can follow these steps:
First, navigate to your WordPress dashboard and go to Appearance > Menus.
Select the menu that you want to edit and click on the “Screen Options” button in the top right corner of the page.
Check the box next to “CSS Classes” to enable this option.
Now, click on the page in the menu that you want to highlight as the current page.
In the menu item settings, expand the “CSS Classes” section.
Add a new class name such as “current-menu-item” or “active” to the “CSS Classes” field.
Save the menu by clicking on the “Save Menu” button.
Finally, go to your website and refresh the page. The current page should now be highlighted in the navigation menu.
Note: The class name used in step 6 may vary depending on the WordPress theme you are using. You can inspect the menu items using your browser’s developer tools to find the appropriate class name for your theme
