Best fun and silly plugins?

I'm looking to add some fun plugins to my website just to add a little bit of character to it. If you have any suggestions I'd love to hear them!

One in particular I had in mind is a sticker plugin of some sort? I'm not sure if anything like this exists but, a plugin that can let you upload custom stickers and paste them around your website pages, just to "decorate" them a bit. I'd love to find something like that but any other suggestions help too!
