Okay so I run an online music publication (blog) that contains music news, concert reviews, and photo galleries. The theme I picked out at the time I thought it looked good, but after looking at it months later it doesn’t have that magazine/blog look. I seen there’s an option to change the theme but not sure if that’ll mess anything up?

Did you use a page builder to build it (eg Elementor, beaver builder, wpbakery)? If the new theme doesn’t use the same page builder, that usually requires a rebuild.
