Go to the Chart Themes page, then open the theme you want and on the General Settings tab, select the Responsive option as a Horizontal Scroll.

Thanks for your reply I found the problem it was not in the Themes settings but within the individual Charts settings “Responsive view after this element” Yes/No see screen shots:
