My website got hit by malware (got an alert from hosting) and I thought to install Wordfence for a scan but the tab with the plugin installation is gone. There is no way to delete plugins as well, all the buttons are gone. The same goes for themes.
What should I do?
You can manually delete and install plugins by accessing your server via a file manager or ftp, and use phpmyadmin to activate.
