You could try the Say What? plugin which is handy for a quick text change.
Set up a new text change under the Tools menu with these settings:
Original text: Add to cart (must be exactly that, no spaces at each end, and no “”)
Domain: woocommerce
Context: (leave empty)
Replacement text: your-words-go-here
If it doesn’t work, find out the language domain of your theme. It will be in
wp-content/themes/betheme/style.css
Its probably betheme but I can’t check as its a commercial theme.
If it still doesn’t work, it may be coming from one of your plugins which is doing something with the product page. Identify possible plugins, find the language domain in the comment section at the top of the main plugin file, and try that in the text change settings.

I found a simple solution (I was blind before as it seems).
My products do have custom templates, that are provided by my theme (BeTheme).
I could simply choose the respective template used for single products, click on Add to cart element, and you was able to change the text there.
