Thanks for reaching out! This may be related to the theme you’re currently using. I’ve tried to take a closer look at the site, but it seems that the Shop itself is not published yet:
If you temporarily switch to a default theme, like Storefront, does this resolve the issue? If so, it points to an issue with the theme and you’d need to reach out to the theme developers for further help with this.
However, if switching theme’s doesn’t make any difference, would you mind temporarily publishing the Shop, Cart and Checkout page so that we can take a closer look? If you’d prefer not publishing this on the live site, you can create a staging site so that we can take a closer look. It’s possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.
Also, can you please share a copy of your sites System Status Report with us here so that we can take a closer look at your sites current environment. You can find this via WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report
and then Copy for support
