Howdy ya’ll,I have a feeling this question has been asked a thousand times, but my Google-fu is weak and I’m stumped – how does one go about getting the sidebar to show (or *not* show) on specific pages?
I have a website I’m working on for a client and they want the sidebar to show on the Posts and single post pages *only*. I’ve tried a handful of plugins that claim to do this, with no luck – WooSidebar, Context Aware Sidebar, a few others. The shop page of the theme does not seem to allow/support changing it to a “full width” layout; additionally, giving the theme’s docs the once-over doesn’t seem to provide the relevant info.
I’ve found a few solutions that require code changes to the template files, but I would like to avoid modifying the theme code as it is a first-party WooCommerce theme and want to keep maintenance simple.
Any other suggestions?
