Could this work with this civicrm plugin?

As far as I can see, there is no obvious reason why the two plugins should not work together.
However, according to the description, wpcv-woo-civi-integration only offers the feature to synchronize WooCommerce orders, customers and accounts. I don’t see any feature listed that changes the checkout fields. If you have any questions about wpcv-woo-civi-integration, please contact the corresponding developer directly.
