If you want to apply the Booking > Settings General page to different booking resources, then it’s does not possible. Such settings apply to the all booking resources.
But in case if you need to configure the different type of days selection in calendars at the different pages, then you can make it via JavaScript variables before Booking Calendar shortcodes.
