I’ve just tried everything under the sun that I could think of.
The site is local, so I don’t have it hosted anywhere yet, but I was basically just moving a subsite from a multisite installation to a single site. Did this with 2 other sites -through the help of a great admin here- and they are up and running.
What happens with this site, though, is that it lets me log in once (I only have one user in the wp\_user table) but it just puts me into the site, not the admin dashboard. Here is everything I’ve tried:
\- I’ve checked the usermeta table, and I am set to be an administrator
\- Disabled both plugin and themes folders to see if they were causing any issues
\- reset htaccess file
\- checked table\_prefix in wp-config
\-checked user and usermeta tables to ensure they had the right prefix
\- enabled debug log in wp\_config, but the log still isn’t showing up in the wp\_content folder
