Download after leaving email address

Hello,

As we are trying to populate our mailing list, we are offering download buttons that trigger downloads after a user has accepted the conditions and left us their email address, which will hopefully be stored inside the plugin itself.

I cannot seem to find anything ready to go for such purpose, but maybe I’m looking in the wrong direction as it seems quite of an easy thing?

Any plugins that could do the trick?
