Hello @samuelashbr00k,
The plugin has a function called Automatic Cache Purge, it is located under Caching >> Caching settings >> Automatic Purge.
When this function is enabled, the plugin starts monitoring WordPress hooks and purges the entire page cache or performs a partial purge when some of the hooks are fired.
Please make sure this function is enabled for the site.
Based on the provided information so far, as the function relies on the default WordPress hooks, it is possible that it will not work in case the form you have is using a different set up.
In case the Automatic Purge doesn’t work as intended, you may reach us back by updating the topic here and providing us with the domain name for the site as well as the name of the custom form used. Alternatively, you may also contact us directly within your SiteGround’s Client Area, by posting a support ticket, and providing this topic as reference. Our Technical Support team will be happy to take a closer look.
Best Regards,
Gergana Petrova
