Hello,
Seems like the error is from Security plugin. Please try to re-install the plugin with the Complete deactivation option enabled.
1. Enter the Security by Cleantalk plugin settings. (WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Security by Cleantalk -> General settings tab)
2. Check the last settings “Complete deactivation” and save changes.
3. Deactivate the plugin on the “Plugins” page in WordPess Dashboard.
4. Then delete it.
5. Install the latest version of the plugin from WordPress catalog.
