I run theater production agency. Our clients are people organizing events, to which they “order” from us to provide the scenography, actors/actresses, technicians, and sometimes lights/sound. We are pretty popular, and I have been trying to create a reservation system for our clients. I want them to be able to:
\- book multiple days, but each day has to have a different address and time, which show. (Sometimes we play 1 show twice in 1 place. Sometimes 2 different shows in the same place and sometimes the same show in 2 different places at the same time).
\- cancel/edit their reservations up to a point
\- Have an easy look-up system, to find desired date
\- Have a set in which cities they can play (we try to be fair and 1 client in 1 city/town)
\- Have outside clients (without accounts, because I’m assuming that is what it will boil down to for our regular clients)
\- We have different types of clients, so we also have different contracts, which causes, that from some we require a payment up front, some get an invoice afterwards and some get an invoice for a few events, to be able to set that from the administrator level (at least a reservation fee for some)

For the administrator I would like it to collect data (how many shows played, by which organizer, where the last etc. It might end up having to be exported raw data into some for of data table/tables, to be able to manipulate it later)
Also, I need the admin to be able to approve, disapprove reservations and to communicate with the client via comments and such. We sometimes need the client to “reapprove” the cities at least by mail or comment.

FROM HERE ON THIS WOULD BE AWESOME TO HAVE, BUT NOT NECESSARY:
The above is a reservation calendar for our clients. We also have a big fan-base and we have merchandise. That is a different website. There we also have a calendar for all upcoming shows, where they are played and where they can get tickets (we do not sell tickets to our shows. That is on the client’s’ side). If it were possible, to have a sort of synch with the calendar from above. With adding info about the cast (which changes often, depending on the city, who can play which part and time of the actor/actresses). It would always have to go through and admin to approve, but would provide the information about the reservation from calendar 1, and add info from database of website 2

Idk. Maybe I’m pulling these ideas out of my… database. The calendar 2 can be seperate, but it would be great, to be able to export data from one and at least put it into Excel or Google Sheets (which I am working on nowadays for logistics, casts and techs)

I’m sorry if I posted incorrectly. But still hoping to hear from anybody, to at least point me in the right direction.
