Eventprime Business (buy in June 2024)
I have been working for days to understand why things were not working. Tonight I realise that several Event Prime extension were not activated…and actually couldn’t be activated and got this message error:
EventPrime Advanced Checkout Fields Extension won’t work as EventPrime plugin is not installed or activated
I have desintalled everything, and was installing again:
- Event prime plugin. Installed and activated
- Then I download the firsts extensions (Admin Attendee Bookings, Advanced Checkout Fields…), but again I can’t activate them…and got the same error message.
Licences keys are ok
