Form Submission Not Sending to Email

I hope you guys are doing well,

I'm currently trying to setup email forwarding of form submissions from the website – anytime a @ gmail.com email is the recipient of the form information they come through fine, but when it is a custom domain like @ companyname.co.au – they fail to send – any idea what's missing? Thanks!
