Hey
There are bunch of email marketing tools but I am looking for suggestions specifically for blogs. I mean my goal is to simply send a newsletter twice or thrice a month with no product selling as such. I tried ConvertKit but its kind of overwhelming with tons of additional creator features and everything.

If you are after a Email service provider then Ive used zoommail .co.uk if you are wanting to create blogs then [copybubble.ai](http://copybubble.ai) is a good resourse – hope that helps 🙂
Constant Contact and Brevo are my top recommendations. Because we used them on personal sites.
