Google crawling 404 from plugin

[ad_1]

In GSC > Settings > Crawl Stats, I’m finding that almost daily I’m getting a large amount of autoptimize URLs that are 404s. Below is an example of just one day’s for my website :

/wp-content/cache/autoptimize/js/autoptimize_a2509274a1d9e0184391e08be5976885.js /wp-content/cache/autoptimize/css/autoptimize_6fb1549c495548c40e390a5ee78a83f6.css /wp-content/cache/autoptimize/css/autoptimize_12c61f0eab645faa4689bc2be84f7c62.css /wp-content/cache/autoptimize/js/autoptimize_b9ff0c6ffc95781921a035db16867e1f.js /wp-content/cache/autoptimize/css/autoptimize_952b6a0f0417fa8dc7fd8f435cdbfd14.css /wp-content/cache/autoptimize/css/autoptimize_5874e0564644549d97949fa98253e774.css

Should I robots.txt /autoptimize/ or do you have other actions so I can prevent google feeling that the site has many 404s impacting rankings?
