Hi everyone. I’m working on a WordPress website using Avada builder.
Avada core gets activated normally but the builder doesn’t activate. It goes to a blank page with error 500. The website shows like this:
Any idea why this is happening?
It’s just a shortcode. Perhaps you entered a shortcode into a text field? Or perhaps as you stated the builder is not activating and, thus, not parsing the shortcode?
