I’m recently working with a friend’s website and trying to make some changes. They were using WordPress to make changes and some plugins. I tried editing some of the website items but it won’t let me because I don’t have the plugins. Do I need to install and pay for them if I’m not able to do it or is there a way for me to use the plugins they installed previously?

The plug-ins they are using on the website should come as part of the website. I don’t quite understand the question – all the plugins on a site are stored within it to an extent.
