  1. You use your log files and a tool to analyze those log files. Neither of which is WordPress related.

  2. Heya these may not be the tools you need, and probably are not the best! But have recently stumbled across:

Query Monitor – shows page info and more in WordPress admin bar (still learning to use this one myself properly but looks like it could be useful)

WP Crontrol – Cron Schedule and Events

I have heard of P3 (Plug-in performance profiler or somin similar, haven’t used it though, but might be good for checking for plug-in performance and conflicts etc)

You can do a lot from gtmetrix and other site testing tools, if you look at your waterfall after “analysing” your url you can glean some useful info about what’s potentially causing issues.

If your not already using Google site kit or something for general analytics then look into that or similar so you can see who, what, and where is accessing your site, who knows maybe your really popular in some remote area all of a sudden!

Finally take all of the above and chuck it into chatgpt or something similar and ask it for suggestions along those lines and hot damn will you have some things to look into!

Feel free to message me for any help or what not, I might respond but rarely check notifications for Reddit! So very sorry if I ghost you, it is not intentional! Good luck! Don’t panic.
