After any page is loaded and rendered, it continues to consume massive amounts of CPU (one of fours processors). Using Safari’s Web Inspector, I was able to determine that an endless loop of calls to setTimer() in jq-sticky-anything.js is the cause.
Observed on macOS Ventura and macOS Big Sur with Safari or Opera.
The observed high CPU consumption does not occur with Firefox on a Windows machine.
