That isn’t showing comments, that’s enabling login using one of the social media platforms i think.
WordPress will allow comments by default on the site itself and if you want comments to display on your site as well as the socials then there are a bunch of plugins for it. You will need, in some cases, an API to use and grant the relevant permissions.
I think that’s what you mean? (show comments on wordpress from socials) – I’ve used a few in the past but not hugely. The last time i did it was from Smash Balloon but they all started to get really heavy and bloaty.
