How can I change my theme?

Good morning WP community,

I have a test website that I use to practice my developing skills.

I want to change the theme that I have, but I find it a bit difficult.

I’m on the WP dashboard > appearance > themes, and I placed an e-commerce theme on the website. I noticed right away that the new theme I added was not showing.

I gave it 2 days to see if it loads, and the theme did not get replaced.

Can someone please instruct me on how to change my WP theme?
