How can I match match Donors?

[ad_1]

I have created a WordPress website for a local NG, there will be a blood donation section, and anyone can request blood by filling out a form (created using ACF & CPT, every requirement will create a CPT post and it is published on a page) and anyone who wants to donate blood can register themselves (blood donors form is created using fluent forms and all blood donor data is stored in fluent form lists).

I want to mail donors of a specific city where the blood request is raised. Can anyone help me how can I do that?

  1. If your plan is to send bulk or automated email then you need to be passing the data from your website / forms into a CRM like ActiveCampaign or Mailchimp. You would set up your automations in there for example, an automation might be something like:

Someone fills out the donation request form for New York City. They go into ActiveCampaign / your email platform of choice, and are tagged as ‘donation request’ and their location field is set to ‘New York’.

Your automation is set to something like, if any user is added with the tag ‘donation request’, then email all users with matching locations who have the tag ‘donor’

This is a rudimentary example and you’re probably going to have to put some work into the location matching.
