how do i change the server from https to http in the files directly ?

ive been trying to put SSH with wordpress and it went badly, now i cant connect in any way to wordpress and i dont see a way to fix it. i have wordpress on an UNRAID rn and can access all the files in the appdata, so could i change the HTTPS into an HTTP directly from here and if yes, how ?
