I am using a wordpress theme and I need to translate some parts of text on the site. I tried using theme editor but I cant find the text in any of the folders.

Using the Loco Translate plugin is the most effective way to translate your theme’s components, despite being a plugin, and it’s free.
If you attempt to do the translation manually within your theme, any future updates to the theme will overwrite it, requiring you to repeat the process unless you already work on a child site.
