For context, my site is almost two years old and I’ve never had this error. I created a whole new menu and it still appears. The only thing that I’ve changed is migrating from Bluehost to WPX. It just appeared one day.
That looks like a catch from a plugin. Have you updated everything? Core, theme and plugins?
