As the title says, I am having an issue with redirect. The “login” button is set to take them to the dashboard but for some reason it wants the users to log into WordPress and tries to take them to the WordPress login.
If I go back to the login page and then sign in again, it will take me to my website’s dashboard. How can I fix this redirect issue as it is causing confusion from users who aren’t being taken to the dashboard but rather asked to sign into WordPress which I don’t want.
Is there a plug-in for this or something?? Thanks!

If they aren’t logged in, then they need to login before they can access the WordPress dashboard. That’s normal expected behaviour.
1. Build your own login form page
2. Or, most membership or login form plugins allow you to block public users from accessing the dashboard.
