How do you stay motivated

How do you stay motivated on a big project when nothing wants to work together as it should?

Got all these fancy plugins, and many of them are close to what I need, yet could use a simple variable input or some other rather basic alteration to the code, Yet trying to figure out how or where to modify the plugin is like trying to learn Chinese.

I can do some development with laravel experience, but I’m not familiar with the wordpress way. Where I can’t even create and access a basic table without some complicated set up.

I just want to get my project launched. But the primary reason of not being able to run a bit more complex queries, or that it’s not too easy to reference a related table, I’m at a roadblock again.

I’m so tired of this project, but I need to do it, as it should allow me to earn some money finally. At least a few thousand a month if not 5-6 figure or more depending how much I’m able to figure out as far as features. I always feel like I’m 90% there then get hung up on some stupid piece of functionality I need yet don’t know enough to code myself. It’s even more frustrating when I do know how to code it in a different framework, but don’t know how to get the relevant data In wordpress or where to put the code other than a massive functions file.

  1. Several times I found myself in a situation similar to yours, where I lacked coding skills in WordPress. By collaborating with some skilled coders, we were able to successfully resolve the problem. 🙂

Although sharing a portion of the income may not seem ideal, it is still better to have some financial gain than none at all, isn’t it?
