How to change the whitespace between content blocks?

On my [website]) I want to control the whitespace between the first content block (that ends with the orange button) and the second content block (that starts with the header ‘Recensies’).

I am still learning CSS and could fix most things by checking tutorials, but I can’t fix this one. Any help is very much appreciated.
