Hello at some point in making my website I changed the facebook link preview thumbnail and now cant figure out how to change it to something else

Install any SEO plugin and use the “social” section when editing your page/post.
you need to add this in head section
<meta property=”og:image” content=”[http://example.com/image.jpg]”>
Is this Facebook that it’s showing up this way?
