Shortcode not working in Elementor with Reusable Blockx

[ad_1]

We’re trying to use AI Engine Pro to create a job description generator, but the AI Engine shortcode isn’t being converted into HTML. The page only prints out the full AI Engine shortcode.

For Elementor-based sites, we understand we need to use another plugin called Reusable Blocks Extended to create a Gutenberg page builder-based block and then embed the block shortcode in the Elementor shortcode widget.

We did all of that, but as mentioned above, the plugin isn’t converting the shortcode into HTML. It should display a form with several fields that the user fills out to then receive the job description from GPT.

To see whether blocks are working at all in Elementor, we created a simple block called “test” that only contains a heading that says “Testing,” and this block is successfully embedding into Elementor. The culprit seems to be the AI Engine plugin itself. Any advice?
