We recommend you instead use the developer’s official contact for their premium offerings, as that is the most direct line. – As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums.
This apparently ends up in the Yoast SEO plugin, see answer below when it is installed. I haven’t had a thought to look there!

“That is called Breadcrumb. It must be from the Yoast SEO plugin. From your site Dashboard, go to “Yoast SEO => Settings => Advanced => Breadcrumbs”, then scroll down and you will see “Enable breadcrumbs for your theme”, just toggle that to remove it.
