I want to start blogging and I don’t know which platform to choose whether blogger or WordPress and what differences they have or a different platform and where to learn from?
if you are someone experienced in this field please drop your some suggestion or issues that most of the bloggers might face or you faced during the start .

It’s the content that matters most. It doesn’t matter much whether it’s WP or Blogger or what. I say, just pick one that you’re most comfortable with and start writing away.
You need to have compelling content that is interesting or useful to your target market.
The platform is secondary. You could use WordPress. You could use Ghost. You could use Blogger. The platform could depend on what / how you want to blog?
Some things to consider:
How are you going to promote this blog?
Are you going to have a newsletter?
What are you going to write about? How niche are you going to make it?
Are you doing it for pleasure, or is that here an expectation of waning money from it?
Are you going to syndicate to other sites?
Not o my do you have to write a bunch of things, but there’s all the work around that as well.
Good luck. Hope that helps.
If you have zero technical knowledge you can go with [wordpress.com]) (which is different from [wordpress.org](https://wordpress.org)) or [ghost.org]). You can easily watch tutorials on youtube on how to set them up, and there is tons of documentation on everything. You will probably need to purchase a domain name, and figure out how to connect it from the vendor you bought it from to your new blog.
Again there is documentation on that, probably on the vendor’s site and you can probably talk to their customer support for guidance.
The platform does not matter at all, the content makes all the difference in the world. Use a platform that is comfortable to use for you and is easily reachable by your intended audience. Try them out and see what sticks for you. Don’t flood your site with ads or unethical tracking. Don’t spam the people whose emails you collect, don’t sell their info.
