Probably the best way would be to somehow do this with pods plugin? But I can’t find any tutorial to teach myself. I’ve seen people recommend ACF repeater fields but you need the pro version for that which I don’t have and can’t afford right now.
The second idea I have is to create custom post and each added post would be a new item on the menu. I know how to do this but it seems to me there has to be a simpler way… if I do it this way I would have to teach the client how to add new posts, edit, remove… The plus side is I could style the menu in the builder really nicely If i do it this way.
The last idea I have is to just embed a pdf menu. Seems the easiest but people say it’s not SEO friendly and it is bad practice to do it this way.
Any suggestions? I am using Bricks builder if it makes any difference.

Create a custom post type using CPT UI (free), then add fields using Advanced Custom Fields (free). You just need to figure out how to Display this within your framework. Chat GPT should be able to create the code for this. I use Elementor pro which has built in functionality to create a post template and loop the posts, organized by category
