Just one more screenshot where I tried order different products on our website choosing 1pcs, 1pcs and 3pcs. All are with “0” and seems like problem exactly in count.
Same thing happens if I try edit order and manually add product. When I add product – price appears and count appears but when I push recalculate button – “0” on everything appears again =(

I understand that you’re experiencing issues with product prices and quantities on the ‘Thank You page’ and PDF invoices. I do appreciate the screenshots you have provided, they are very helpful in understanding your problem.
Based on your description, it seems like the issue might indeed be deeper than just a plugin or theme conflict. In that case, before we can proceed any further, I’d like to have a better understanding of your site. Please share with us your system status report, which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support, then paste it in your reply.

Problem was resolved. Seems like by some reason table was ported with defect and some information from database wasn’t ported correctly. Sorry for disturb.
